Hey Folks! Finster will be playing The Drunken Unicorn May 10th. Our great friend, Sara Crawford is celebrating her birthday by playing her first show in almost a year. Sara asked us to close out the night and bring the crazies. If you haven’t heard Sara’s music, you’re missing a nifty, fun slice of Atlanta’s music scene. Come on out and help spread the love.
10:30 Sara Crawford (and friends)
9:30 Morgan Shaughnessy
This Friday, April 5th Finster will be at Redbrick Brewery. We’ll be bringing out new music and happy times. 6-8 PM. All Ages welcome. 21+ to drink. $10 entry, beer tasting and brewery tour. Dinner and shenanigans post-show.
Cheers fans. Last night Finster and those good ol’ folk over at Playpro Media created a rocking, head bopping rhythm section for our new single, “This World”. Let us tell you; we are super excited about the progress we are making and can’t wait to share our music with all of you. Here’s a sneak peak Aaron snapped while sipping on his cup of Joe. You can see us featured on Playpro Site here
Finster thanks everyone that has voted for us over at Playpro Media thus far. We are off to a great start and need to blow this thing out of the water. You can vote once a day at Playpro’s Tarste 2 Voting Page.
Our goal is to use this event as an opportunity to showcase new content and continue offering all our fans fun, fresh music. The Playpro Team is awesome. They are helping us develop videos, new songs, tour scheduling, branding opportunities and more. Lots of fun projects are in the works and as they become available all of you will be the first to enjoy! Stay cool and keep rocking. –Finster
A little photo of Finster and our faces. Enjoy.
Well folks, Finster has been selected as a participant in this year’s A&R Southern Talent Expo hosted by Playpro Media!
The Band will be working with Playpro’s street teams and their marketing whizzes to spread the word of Finster and all its rocking magnificence. We couldn’t be happier. The Finster team initially became interested in this opportunity because it serves the band and the community. Finster will receive assistance with many business related aspects of the daily workload, but most if not all help will come directly from interns attending Kennesaw State University’s brand-spanking-new MEBUS program. Once both parties work together to raise brand awareness and efficiency, Finster will be playing at the Southern Talent Expo and hanging with peeps in the music industry. We couldn’t be more excited about this oppurtunity and look forward to sharing it with all of you.
Stay cool! –Finster
Well, it seems that our hosting company felt the need to upgrade our server’s PHP version as well as some other techno-related nuts and bolts. As a result we have been dealing with serious website issues. Finsterband.com was temporarily down and unusable. But after rocking some long hours we’re back in action. The Finster team apologizes for any confusion this caused our fans.
On a brighter note, this means that the Finster team has a great opportunity to give our website a face-lift! Finsterband.com is back up and running and we plan to add some cool features:
- New posts will be mobile friendly. We want you checking out Finster at home or when you’re on the go. Visit Finster’s website on your mobile device and we think you’ll be much happier with the new website’s look/feel
- The band will be able to post individually so fans can track our progress (recordings, tour info, videos, contests, member interaction and more).
- Most content will be interactive. Feel free to comment, like, stumble, reddit, poke, tweet, twat or whatever it is you kids do these days. We always want to hear what our fans think. After all, we create for you!
Thank you for your continued support! See you onstage.
